1. About SweetLuxe Studios

SweetLuxe Studios provides professional photography, videography, content creation, drone services, and studio rental for individuals, families, businesses, and organizations.

2. Booking & Confirmation

Bookings are confirmed only after:

• Availability has been confirmed.
• Required booking information has been received.
• The agreed booking deposit (where applicable) has been paid.

Until these requirements are met, your preferred date cannot be guaranteed.

3. Payments

Full pricing is communicated before the project begins.

Payments may include:

• Booking deposit
• Final balance before or on the day of the session unless otherwise agreed
• Additional charges for travel, overtime or special requests

Failure to complete payment may delay delivery of final photos or videos.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients should notify us as early as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule.

SweetLuxe Studios reserves the right to retain booking deposits where applicable.

Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.

5. Arrival & Timeliness

Clients are expected to arrive on time for scheduled sessions.

Late arrivals may reduce the available shooting time.

If a client arrives significantly late, SweetLuxe Studios reserves the right to shorten or cancel the session without refund.

6. Delivery Timeline

Delivery times vary depending on the type of service booked.

Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated before or during booking.

Editing begins only after all outstanding payments have been completed.

7. Creative Style

Clients acknowledge that they are hiring SweetLuxe Studios for our artistic style and creative direction.

Editing styles, colour grading, composition, and storytelling decisions remain at the discretion of SweetLuxe Studios.

8. Copyright & Ownership

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• SweetLuxe Studios retains copyright ownership of all photographs and videos.
• Clients receive a personal licence to use delivered content.
• Images and videos may not be resold, altered for commercial purposes, or submitted to competitions without written permission.

Commercial licensing can be arranged separately.

9. Portfolio Usage

SweetLuxe Studios may use selected photographs or videos for:

• Portfolio
• Website
• Social media
• Marketing materials
• Advertising

Clients who prefer complete privacy should notify us before the session.

10. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate booking information.
• Obtain permission for any private venue where photography or filming will occur.
• Ensure children are supervised.
• Respect studio equipment and property during studio rentals.

11. Studio Rental

Studio users are responsible for:

• Any damage caused during their booking.
• Leaving the space in good condition.
• Following all studio safety guidelines.

Additional cleaning or repair charges may apply.

12. Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to deliver exceptional service, SweetLuxe Studios shall not be liable for delays or losses caused by:

• Weather
• Equipment failure beyond reasonable control
• Venue restrictions
• Illness
• Government regulations
• Force majeure events

In the unlikely event of equipment failure or circumstances beyond our control, liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the affected service.

13. Website Use

Visitors agree not to:

• Attempt unauthorized access to our website.
• Copy or reproduce website content without permission.
• Use our website for unlawful activities.

14. Changes to These Terms
