These Booking Terms outline the conditions that apply when booking any of our photography, videography, studio rental, drone, workshop, or creative services.
By confirming a booking with SweetLuxe Studios, you agree to these terms.
A booking is confirmed only after:

A confirmation email or booking confirmation has been issued.
Bookings remain provisional until confirmed by SweetLuxe Studios.
Certain services require a deposit to secure the booking.
Deposits:
Reserve your chosen date and time.
Are applied towards the total booking cost.
May be non-refundable in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
The required deposit amount will be displayed during booking or included in your quotation.
Unless otherwise agreed:
Full payment must be completed before the scheduled service.
Certain commercial or corporate clients may be offered alternative payment arrangements.
Digital galleries, edited videos, and final deliverables may not be released until payment has been received in full.
Clients may request to reschedule their booking.
Approval depends on:

The amount of notice provided.
The nature of the booking.
Additional charges may apply if significant changes are requested.
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate booking information.
Arrive on time.
Obtain any required venue permissions.
Ensure all participants are ready at the agreed time.
Inform us of any special requirements before the session.
Late arrivals may reduce the available session time.
If a client arrives late:
Session time may be shortened.
The original booking fee remains payable.
Failure to attend without notice may be treated as a no-show and may result in forfeiture of any payments already made.
Outdoor sessions may be affected by weather.
Where necessary, SweetLuxe Studios may:
Reschedule the session.
Move to an alternative location.
Recommend an indoor option.
Safety always takes priority.
Drone photography and videography are subject to:
Weather conditions.
Airspace restrictions.
Government regulations.
Safety assessments.
If drone flights cannot legally or safely take place, alternative coverage or rescheduling may be offered.
Clients renting our studio agree to:
Respect studio equipment and facilities.
Leave the studio in good condition.
Follow all studio safety instructions.
Pay for any damage caused through negligence.
Studio access is limited to the booked period unless extended in advance.
Workshop bookings:
Are subject to available spaces.
May require advance payment.
May not be transferred without prior approval.
SweetLuxe Studios reserves the right to reschedule workshops where necessary.
Delivery times vary depending on the service booked.
Estimated delivery schedules will be communicated during or after your booking.
Delivery may include:
Online galleries.
Digital downloads.
Cloud storage.
USB or other agreed formats.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
SweetLuxe Studios retains copyright to all photographs and videos created.
Clients receive a licence for personal or agreed commercial use.
Images may not be altered, resold, or redistributed without permission.
Commercial licensing arrangements may be agreed separately.
Unless requested otherwise in writing, SweetLuxe Studios may use selected photographs or videos for:
Portfolio displays.
Website galleries.
Social media.
Marketing materials.
Clients who require complete confidentiality should notify us before the session.
While every effort is made to deliver exceptional service, SweetLuxe Studios shall not be liable for delays or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including equipment failure, weather conditions, government restrictions, internet outages, or other unforeseen events.
We may update these Booking Terms from time to time.
Any changes become effective once published on this page.
