Welcome to SweetLuxe Studios (“we”, “our”, “us”). By booking our services, accessing our website (sweetluxestudios.com), or otherwise engaging with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Services

We provide professional videography, photography, and studio rental services in Ghana and Ireland (and internationally by arrangement).

2. Booking & Payment

• Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or a deposit (where applicable).
• Contracted events (e.g., weddings) require a signed agreement and a 50% deposit; balance is due 7 days before the event.
• All services are delivered according to the package and scope selected and documented in your booking/contract.

3. Rescheduling & Cancellations

• Reschedule up to 48 hours before at no charge; within 48 hours, a 25% fee may apply.
• Cancellations follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Late Arrival

• Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may reduce session time; extensions depend on availability and additional fees.

5. Intellectual Property & Usage

All photographs, videos, and creative works produced by SweetLuxe Studios remain our intellectual property unless explicitly licensed or transferred in writing. Clients receive a limited license for personal use (e.g., sharing on social media, printing). Commercial usage or transfer of ownership requires written agreement.

Weddings & Events: Couples/clients have broad personal-use rights for their delivered images and films. Any commercial use or publication by third parties requires our written consent.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information, timely access, and necessary permissions/location releases.
• Ensure safety of personal property and compliance with venue rules.
• Obtain consents for subjects where required (e.g., minors, private venues).

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service.

8. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or non-performance due to events beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, illness, government restrictions). We will seek a fair reschedule, credit, or refund where appropriate.

9. Governing Law

For services in Ghana, Ghanaian law applies. For services in Ireland, Irish law applies. Cross-border work may be subject to conflict-of-laws principles; we will specify applicable law in the contract if needed.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use of our website or services signifies acceptance.
