Refund & Cancellation Policy

SweetLuxe Studios operates in Ghana and Ireland. Please review our policies for cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for bookings and contracted events.

1. Rescheduling

  • Reschedule up to 48 hours before your booking at no charge.
  • Requests within 48 hours may incur a 25% rescheduling fee to cover operational costs.

2. Cancellations

  • 30+ days’ notice: Full refund or studio credit.
  • Within 30 days: 50% refund or 80% studio credit.
  • Within 24 hours / No-shows: Full session fee forfeited.
  • Contracted events (e.g., weddings): Deposits are non-refundable but transferable if rescheduled within 2 months (subject to availability).

3. Late Arrival

  • Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may reduce session time.
  • Sessions cannot extend beyond the booked slot unless additional hours are available and paid on-site.

4. Force Majeure

If unforeseen events beyond our control (e.g., natural disaster, illness, government restrictions) make delivery unsafe or impossible, we will offer a fair reschedule, credit, or refund in line with applicable laws.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email info@sweetluxestudios.com with your booking reference, full name, service, and date. Refunds (where applicable) are processed to the original payment method. Banks may take 5–7 business days to display the funds.
