SweetLuxe Studios provides videography, photography, podcast production, studio rental, event coverage, and content creation. We proudly serve Ghana (Accra), Ireland (Dublin), and international clients.
Where do you operate and travel to? ▼
We’re based in Accra, Ghana and Dublin, Ireland. We cover all major regions in Ghana and the entire Republic of Ireland.

How do I book a session or event? ▼
You can book directly via our Book Us page or contact us through email, WhatsApp, or phone.
Simply select your service, date, and time, and complete payment to confirm your booking.

Do I need to pay a deposit? ▼
Yes. To secure your date, we require a 50% deposit for weddings and corporate events, with the balance due at least 7 days before your event. Smaller sessions may require full payment upfront.
Can I reschedule or cancel? ▼
Rescheduling is free if done 48+ hours in advance.
Cancellations made 30+ days before the booking date receive a full refund.
Within 30 days: 50% refund or studio credit.
No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.

Do you work with permits and drones? ▼
Yes. We comply with local drone and filming laws in both countries.
In Ghana, we follow GCAA regulations, and in Ireland, IAA guidelines. We help clients obtain location or drone permits when required.

What are your working hours? ▼
We operate from Monday to Sunday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (local time).
Ghana follows GMT, while Ireland follows GMT/WET and IST during daylight saving time.
Evening and after-hours sessions can be arranged upon request.

Do you offer makeup, styling, or props? ▼
We can recommend trusted makeup artists and stylists in Accra and Dublin.
We also provide props, set designs, and customized backdrops upon request (extra fees may apply).

Do you back up my files? ▼
Yes. We store client deliverables for a minimum of 6 months. We advise you to download and back up your files immediately after delivery to avoid data loss.
