VIDEO EDITOR

As a Video Editor, you’ll be an integral part of our creative team, editing and producing captivating video content primarily using Adobe Premiere Pro. In this role you will have direct mentorship from a Senior Producer/Editor based in the United States, a seasoned industry expert with decades of experience. This role offers the flexibility of remote work, empowering you to manage your workflow independently.

What You’ll do

Video Editing

  • You’ll leverage your skills in Adobe Premiere Pro to execute both basic and advanced editing techniques, from cutting and trimming to sequencing.
  • You’ll also work within the broader Adobe Creative Cloud suite, including After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Media Encoder, to deliver professional-quality videos.

Storytelling and Narrative Structure

  • You’ll focus on creating compelling narratives, with a deep understanding of pacing and emotional resonance.
  • Your passion for storytelling will be reflected in the way you shape each video’s message and flow.

Direct-to-Consumer Strategies

  • You’ll craft both short-form and long-form marketing videos to ensure they reach target audiences effectively. This includes but not limited to Social media ads, VSL (Video Sales Letters), Explainer Videos, Product Spotlight and Testimonials.
  • You will be producing adaptable, platform-optimized content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, OTT, and Broadcast TV.

Audio Editing

  • You’ll apply audio mixing and noise reduction techniques to create high-quality soundscapes that elevate video content. This includes music editing, such as expanding or trimming tracks, and adding sound effects that enhance the overall narrative.

Motion Graphics

  • You will create visually engaging motion graphics and titles.
  • You’ll use MOGRTs (Motion Graphic Templates) and After Effects to add dynamic visual elements, improving viewer engagement and storytelling depth.

Color Grading

  • With a solid foundation in color correction and grading, you’ll enhance footage quality, using DaVinci Resolve and LUTs (Look Up Tables) for precise color management.
  • Your work will ensure visual consistency and appeal across all video projects.

Versioning, Output, and Optimization

  • Managing outputs effectively, you’ll use Adobe Media Encoder to handle multiple formats (MP4, MOV, etc.) and codecs, optimizing videos for various platforms.
  • Your proficiency with UHD/4K workflows, sequence settings, proxies, and aspect ratios (16:9, 9:16, 1:1, 4:5) ensures seamless project versioning and accurate labelling for efficient workflow management.

What You Bring

  • 2 years of experience in Video editing with Direct-to-consumer brands.
  • Familiarity with direct response marketing strategies and an understanding of social media advertising.
  • Strong understanding of video editing techniques and storytelling principles.
  • Experience with both long form and short form marketing videos that cater to different audiences.
  • Proficiency with Premiere Pro (experience with After Effects and Mogrts a plus).
  • Experience with Colour correction and grading, Versioning and Output Optimization, understanding the different video formats will be required for this role.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude to be able to adapt to the changing needs of the project.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
  • Working on a Mac is preferred, but not a dealbreaker.

VIDEOGRAPHER

The Opportunity:

As a Videographer you’ll be responsible for producing high-quality video content that showcases our products, services, and brand vision. This is a dynamic role that blends video production, motion graphics, and design—ideal for a creative professional with strong technical skills.

Responsibilities Include:

Video Production

  • Plan, shoot, and edit engaging video content for marketing campaigns, social media, website, and internal communications.
  • Create promotional videos, customer testimonials, product demos, and behind-the-scenes brand content.
  • Develop motion graphics and animations to enhance video storytelling.
  • Manage video projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.

Multimedia

  • Support marketing campaigns with visually compelling digital assets
  • Create motion graphics, animated content, and interactive visuals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all visual materials.

Equipment & Asset Management

  • Maintain and organise video and photography equipment.
  • Manage a library of video and design assets for use across multiple channels.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in videography, video editing, and multimedia design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Strong storytelling skills with a keen eye for visual composition.
  • Experience in motion graphics and animation.
  • Knowledge of lighting, sound, and camera operation.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at once.
  • Strong design skills and an understanding of brand identity.
  • Experience in drone videography or photography desirable but not essential
  • Knowledge of 3D animation or visual effects desirable but not essential.
  • Background in digital marketing or social media content creation desirable but not essential.
